Garage door adjustment

we have a metal overhead garage door and it does not stay up when opened (no automatic opener). I am very handy and have adjusted torsion type springs but this door has extension springs and I need to know the correct procedure for adjusting. I am very experienced and prefer not to call a door contractor.

Check out this site about replacing door springs. It also covers how to adjust them.
