Hi! I posted a topic about my garage door opening partially, then closing again sometimes, then other times closing part of the way, then openening back up again, sometimes closing half-way...you get the picture. Jobe told me to adjust two screws at the top of the opener itself. There are 3 sets of screws on my opener itself and I was hoping to find out which ones I need to adjust. I have tried tinkering with all of them, but to no avail. Are they the "increase travel limit adjustment" screws, the "open door indicator" screws, or the "increase force -open and close" screws? Any help is much appreciated!_---pam

What is the best treatment for garage floors for protection and looks? I've talked to people who have used Dryloc and it seems conclusive that it peels where the tires of the car sit. Are there clear protectants that are effective or is best to leave it untreated? Cost needs to be reasonable ($20 - $30 per gal). Thanks for the help.
