Question

Last fall, I had problems closing my garage door and discovered that the sun was hitting the 'eye receptor' causing a false reading. I switched the sensors and the problem cleared up...until this spring. Same problem. In the short term, I'm switching the sensors, but does anyone know of a more permanent solution? I've thought of moving them back inside the garage, but that solution limits my already limited storage space. Thanks for your help.

The sensors are supposed to be in the garage. They only take up a 3x4" space. they are placed at the bottom of the door on the inside. Now really, how much storage space are you going to lose in this location.
