Question

How do you lubricate a garage door? Mine seems to stick sometimes.

I just use a grease gun and put some grease in the tracks from time to time, and also a shot of grease on the opener rail.

My Garage doors don't stick but are making an awful grinding noise while going up or down. I think the wheels that ride in the track need lubrication and maybe the hinges that hold the door panels together also. What is best for lubing these? I was thinking white lithium grease, but I'm not exactly sure where to put it. Any Suggestions? Thanks, Lance
