Garage Door Insulation

I'm about to move into a new home. My garage door is made out of aluminum and has no insulation at all. Is there something that you can reccomend to apply to the interior of the garage door to insulate it from the cold and heat. I'm looking for something easy to apply that will stay in place once it's up and not interfere with the operation of the garage door opener. Thanks in advance for your help.
