Adding attached garage
I have a four level split level home. The one story left half has basement and living room/kitchen, roof slop is front/back. I am thinking of adding a two car attached garage to the left of the house, with same roof slop as the living room/kitchen. Does this make sense?

What you propose is not available in a set of store bought plans. You will have to have this designed to fit your home and submit drawings to the city for permit...sorry. City will want to have plans that indicate your setbacks, existing structure and how things will tie into the existing along with all the other data needed. Time to spend some money for a good Designer or Architect.
