Painting/Sealing Garage Floor

Painting/Sealing Garage Floor
I have a large garage with the floor consisting of 4 large concrete slabs. This is a 25 year old residence which I've owned for one year. During times of extremely wet weather, water percolates from beneath the slabs and puddles. The floor is stained and I wish to paint it.
Questions: (1) Any thoughts on how to correct the percolating/puddling problem? (2) Suggestions regarding a good sealer or paint for the floor?
Thanks for your help!

Yes, this question has been asked many times in this forum also.
do not use paint on your garage floor. It will look ok for a year, then chip and peel off. For concrete you use concrete stain. It looks like paint, acts like paint, comes in many colors, but it is a stain. Most home improvement stores will carry it in their paint dept. Good Luck
