Post Warped garage door

The truss support shear'd the tensioning nut off the end of the rod about 3wks ago. Now the 16ft door is warping like crazy. I live in caifornia and it's been +94deg since June 15th so i don't think water is causing the warping. I can't afford a $650 roll-up door, the door's warped pretty bad. It's got 3/4" x 16" x 16' boards on a 2x4 frame, I think it weights close to 250lbs.

Does anybody have a framing plan for a garage door. I'm an Elec. Eng. mon-fri. and a wood butcher come the weekend.

Please help

I have never seen plans for a garage door in 30 years. but I suppose someone makes one. However, here is a big problem you will encounter. It is not building the door, it is getting it to open. Every garage door is built to a specific weight to match a particular spring. If you have the wrong springs, you door will not open, or a variety of other problems. They make 154 different garage door springs for the weight of the door. I think I would pay the $650 for the door and by pass the problems.
Good Luck
