Uneven Garage Floor

My garage floor is cracked and peaked at the center. Other than an expensive floor job. I recall seeing some years ago about a product that attaches to the bottom of the door to make up for the gaps. Extra thick rubber is not enough. Any ideas or has anyone seen this product.

uneven floor

Using a dry diamond blade in a circular saw, a 2x4 as a straight edge, we cut out the raised and damaged cement back two feet. Screet the new cement to form the doorsill needed. We used meshing and 12 80# bags for the 16" run. This gave us the level needed for a perfect seal.
