need prices for these PLEASE

I just bought a new home and am going to have some GC's come out and I have a certain amount I have to spend on a small adddition and a garage so I need some general price quotes on these 2 garages complete with concrete so I have a general idea.

I really like this design with the attic for added space since the house is kinda small.I wont have the wall in the middle or the side door and window.

Same design without the attic and a lower pitched roof but want th esame thing done as the other one.

panteramatt,

Not knowing where you live is a problem but it is best to get at least 3 bids, compare apples for apples and then decide. Giving a price here may not be close to what is being charged in your area.

Im located in south jersey and Im thinking of going with a pole barn because they seem cheaper.Any thoughts or anyone konw anybody in deleware or south jersey?

Adding Garage

I would like to add an attached garage to my home. I have the room on the side of my home. Here are some problems. 1. Electric meter will have to be moved. 2. Oil Tank- Can it be left where it is, which will be inside the garage when it is built? 3. Chiminey, I have a chiminey that is on that side of the house. Can that be enclosed? Sensor Reversing System

Just installed a Chamberlain HD screw type garage door opener. However, I can not get the sensor reversing system to work. I've used a level, laser lever, tape measure and spaced the sensors with a 2x4. I've read the manual and checked the faq on the web site. I've also checked the wiring. Here's the only I can find wrong. The manual states that the sending unit should glow if it's getting power. The recieving unit will flicker if it has power, but no signal. Both of my units are flickering. (I can't check the color - the sending unit is supposed to be orange - as I'm color blind and they both look green.) Any suggestions?
