Torsion spring garage door
I had my springs replaced and 2 days later the worm drive on my opener went out. A friend replaced this. The door was not adjusted correctly and the motor kept going once the door was down. The next day, after 3 uses the cable was off the pully on the garage door. I called the company they came out and realized they had the wrong spring on the door. Would the wrong size torsion spring casue the problems with the worm drive. I feel the company should pay for the worm drive ? Should I press this with them?
