Garage door opener problem
The problems:
1. I have to hold the button steadily to close the garage door.
2. It seems that the opener motor is still working after opening/closing the garage door. The noise from the opener and the light won't stop unless I turn off the power. The door does stop at the right place and the chain stops moving.
The background:
1. The opener is kind of old and It is chain drive.
2. The door is sectional.
3. The torsion springs were replaced a few days ago.
Any help will be appreciated.
