Hi All, I am trying desperately to find a two car 24x30 detached garage 'kit' to build. Everyone I talk to says Menards and Home Depot sell a kit, well I talked to them here and they say no, they don't have one... Does anyone know of any garage kits available in the midwest? My garage door opener has started to act peculiar in the past month. When I try to close it, it starts to close and then retracts. It acts like something is in the way of the eye. If I hold down the close button on the wall, it will close. Once I let go of the button, it stops and retracts. If I hold down the remote buttons, nothing happens, and the problem still persists. Therefor, the only way I have of closing my door is to stand by the door itself and hold the button down (kinda defeats the purpose of an automatic door opener) :) . It has gotten colder, and the unit is older. Are there any suggestions to try before I buy a new unit or new sensors?
