Allstar AC9500 problem

I have 2 Challenger AC9500 Series garage door openers and one door works properly and the other just recently stopped working by remote. It works when I use the wall switch but when I try it by the remote it doesn't work. The receiver makes a clicking sound when I use the remote like the other one that works but it still will not operate the garage door. The door opener is a AC9500 Allstar Challenger and the receiver is a Martec Access Products and the model of the receiver is MC1001R and the remote is MC1010T. I changed the good receiver to the none working opener and it still did not work. Do you have any suggestions?
