Hey I found this company called No Advertising in the Forums. Are they any good?

Does anyone have any experience with garage floor epoxy paint not completely curing? My husband and I used the Quikrete 2-part epoxy kit from Lowes on our garage floor over a month ago, and had a huge (10' x 10') square that did not cure. It stayed tacky for days, we couldn't even walk on it. I called the company and they told me either we didn't mix it right (it was in the middle of the garage, everything around it cured properly), or there was moisture in the concrete (in an almost perfect square?). They said to remove it with a floor scraper or Xylene, neither of which worked. We finally found an epoxy stripper that took most of it off, after days of hard scrubbing. We taped plastic to the exposed concrete and left it over 24 hours, with no signs of moisture underneath. Yesterday we repainted the affected area, and alas, a day later we are back in the same situation. It has been nearly 24-hours and there is a large tacky square, although somewhat smaller than the first time. Does anyone know what might be causing this? We did all the preparation as required, let the floor dry thoroughly after cleaning, no signs on the concrete of stains or oil, etc. We are at our wits end! :wall:
