Any ideas what I should do with my spare Chamberlain logic board?

I have a spare brand new logic board for Chamberlain's CG40d model. Can I please get some ideas as to what I can possibly do with it?

If you have this board for an applaction in your home, like a garage door opener, next lightning strike you may need it. I would keep it.

It seems everytime I get rid of a extra something I have, I end up needing it not long after I get rid of it.

If not Tolyn has the best idea...

Ideas for moving a building without a floor

I've been told this can't be done, not without spending more money than the building is worth. I have a 10X12 building I want to move onto an existing 12X14 slab. I'm wanting to use it as a porch. The only problem is the building has a floor, and I can't leave it attached (inspector won't let me use it with the slab). I've looked online for similar situations, and have seen where a "roller" system was used. But I've been told this won't work. I'm kind of out of options. We tried using a large "tractor" forklift with extensions, but all it did was lift the forklift off the ground. I'm enclosing a video of what's going on. Much easier to show it than to explain. craftsman 1/2 hp garage door opener - messed up limit switches or motor phases

I need help. I replaced the plastic gear on my craftSman 1/2 hp GDO. Getting the gear pin out and putting it back in was a job in itself. Now I have bigger problems. Here are some clues. 1. When I put the new gear in, I tested the movement of the inner rail without engaging the outer rail. The inner rail hit the safety bolt that protects the opener housing. I stopped the opener immediately. 2. I then went back and re-read the instructions and followed the steps - to a tee ( so I thought). I took extra precaution by reducing the distance the limit switches for up and down movement. This time door was in the closed position, the outer and inner rails were engaged and in the start position ( close to the garage door), and the belt tension was set to 1 1/4 " on the spring. When I turned on the switch, instead of te door opening, the rail went in the opposite (wrong) direction and I shut the opener in a hurry. Throughout this repair, i did nit touch the up down forxe switches. I will get a professional to look at it Monday but it's killing me to realize I don't understand the problem.
