Garage Door Will Not Close When Cold

My 20 year old Raynor 130-7 garage door opener will not close door when temp is in 30's or below. I know the problem is in the circuit board since relays click when holding down opener button. I have two identical model 130-7 openers. I switched circuit boards and problem followed the bad board. Raynor no longer supplies replacement parts for their old model 130-7 openers, so I want to repair the circuit board problem. I ordered new 12 amp 120VAC/24VDC relays from DigiKey and replaced them one at a time but problem is still there. Now I noticed a burnt resistor on the bad board. Does anyone know where I can find an electrical schematic or this door opener circuit board? All I have is the component diagram for all the parts in the opener and no details of circuit board.

Schematic diagrams for garage door openers haven't been available for many years. Like 25. When the labor rate got higher than the replacement cost the manufacturers quit printing them.
