2 car garage too hot-summer.
Got a 5 year old 2 story house with 9ft ceilings in the basement. The 2 car garage is attached and is built on a concrete slab. The ceiling is about 9 ft 6in. high. Also has a side door with a window.
Problem is the temps reach close to 100 degrees during the warm months when the garage doors are closed.
What are my options?
Thanks for any help.

Can't tell from you post - is the garage open to the roof or is the ceiling sheetrocked. If the former, I would install a ridge vent. If the latter, insulate (if not already) and put in a window/wall AC or just leave the doors open for ventilation.

Maybe - only one way to find out. If not, I'd put a fan in one to increase the airflow through the garage.

My garages are insulated which helps protect them from the heat outside. The problem then becomes when you pull two hot vehicles inside and the temperature really shoots up.
You can install ventilation but you will not get the garage any cooler than it is outside. Which, for most of the country lately can be really hot. For good air flow it would be best to have windows on opposite walls for cross ventilation. If that's not an option than having an air inlet close to the floor and another near the ceiling would be second best. Unfortunately with open windows there can be a security problem and possible damage if rain blows in and soaks the walls.
