I have my door working just right ..........BUT ..

The carriage that keeps the door, going up and downis coming up and hitting the"stop bolt" in the trac It hits so hard the whole opener moves around. What do i adjust to keep this rope carriage from coming to close, to the opener? thank you again Bob S

I am sure there is an adjustment. You need to provide the make and model number.

That is going to be your "up limit" setting. It stops how high the door opens.

This link discusses the adjustment but may not be your unit. With a model number the exact steps could be found.
