Garage works, but shoddy workmanship?

I just moved into an older 1960s ranch with a converted carport into garage, and I am concerned with some of the things I see.

1. Garage track not sitting level on one side (notice the angle iron is not plumb)
2. Garage does not appear to sit level from street or inside garage (right hand side has a bigger gap with header when viewed from inside)
3. Red painted spring cone is mounted on right hand side (my understanding is it should be left)
4. Torsion bars are not level (middle bearing sits higher than bearing brackets)
5. Door is heavy at the bottom, but is in equilibrium about halfway up

The garage opens and closes OK, and there is no gap with the weatherstripping. What do you guys think?

It would help if we knew where you're located. South, Northeast?

If it works, don't fix it.

The gap ground level could be uneven driveway.

So, the garage door and opener was existing when you moved in? I would keep an eye on brackets and where they mount for cracking, screeching or scraping sounds or any other signs that the door may be binding. Other than that I'd just let it go since it sounds like it's working.

1. Garage track not sitting level on one side (notice the angle iron is not plumb)...It should be within 1 inch of level up or down
2. its hard to tell in the picture
3. Red painted spring cone is mounted on right hand side (my understanding is it should be left)...no it should be red but can be black or no color at all
4. Torsion bars are not level (middle bearing sits higher than bearing brackets)... It is high and should be level but it shouldn't be a problem
5. Door is heavy at the bottom, but is in equilibrium about halfway up... A normal function if the glass in top section is insulated/ double pane
