Older Touch n Go (Overhead Door Corporation) Needs new wireless remote

I have a friend who has a older Touch n Go Model 100A garage door opener that needs a new wireless remote receiver and transmitter. They currently have a Linear D-22A with the OEM external receiver

I do not know if they ever worked together (I am thinking no) as one has dip switches and the other one is just a fixed frequency 370 Mhz

So is there a good model out there that would work with the older opener? I think all it needs is a simple switch with a relay but I don't know if it is N/O or N/C

All they want is a single button remote (Press once the door opens and again it closes) and also to be compatible with the newer cars that have the buttons for a garage door (Homelink?) Is there one that could get power from the opener?

Liftmaster 850 LM receiver, Liftmaster 891 LM remote and Liftmaster 85LM transformer to power the receiver. The receiver has 3 channels to run up to three doors, just use channel 1 and run two wires to the same terminals the existing wall button is hooked to.
