Liftmaster 1300 non operational
all of a sudden the door wouldn't go down.
The safety lights are OK
I let the door down manually and notice the trolley was jammed against the stop bolt.
I found an old post here that suggested the error code 5 blinks was the overload sensor and unplugging it would reset it. So I did that.
First it didn't seem to work but then I pressed it again and the door moved.
Now, the door will go up with one click; but the down operation is more involved. Press once and you get the clicks, press again and hold and door will go down as long as you hold the button. If you let go it stops but you can start it again by pressing and holding.
Anyone else experience this?

Welcome toi the forums.
If it will close when you hold the wall button in...... it is a sensor problem.
