Garage door limit of travel?

How do I adjust the garage door limit of travel for an Overhead Door Model 456?

Seems you have to reload the page a dozen times or more to get the images to fully load Not sure why.

I believe the buttons on the back are for the up and down force settings. I think this model has a plastic piece that attaches to the chain and hits a switch on top of the opener, both for open and closed. Move away from the opener motor to run longer, move towards the motor to shut off sooner. Not sure without seeing the top.
