new garage door panel mixup

Bought two new garage doors and put them together a couple of weeks ago, only to find out today we have them in the wrong order.
The bottom two panels are 21" and the next three are 18". should be 21" and then three 18" and a 21" on the top.
Will it hurt anything if i leave them alone and buy the small door opener supports or will i need to change them. Everything works just fine as they are now.
Thanks

No It won't hurt anything, but it may look odd.
