Adding insulation to garage door with some exisitng insulation
I am thinking about adding insulation to my garage door. The door has some existing insulation.
I don't think something that uses retainer pins will work. Don't think the retainer will stick on current insulation finish

A panel solution might be too thick. I have 7/8"

I found something that actually attaches to panel "lip"

Looking for some ideas and advice.
My plan was not to add a lot of weight. Also, want to make sure that it satisfies fire code. The garage is underneath bedroom...

P.S. I reached my "attachments" 10MB limit and can no longer add pictures. How can I delete attachments to free up space?

Previous pictures resized. You have the bulk of your storage back.
Try to make your pictures smaller.
