how to rebuild a detached brick wall, concrete roof 2 car garage
We have an old brick detached 2 car garage with a concrete roof. The roof is leaking and some of the walls are cracked and one of the decorative corner top piece fell off, the metal beam that runs across the front of the garage is rusting. how do we repair it?

Without seeing or having more info on the building and the damage I doubt anyone can advise you.
You probably need a pro to take a look at it.
Just from what you have stated sounds like it may be time to start over.

Pictures would be very helpful. Then we'd have to address each problem individually as each could be a major or minor issue.
