Need advice on building a shed in a tight space

Hey guys,

I'm new here. I need advice/ideas on how to build a shed in the nook behind my house. Would you suggest using the existing stucco and block walls as the walls of the shed and add a floor, front (with door) and roof? I'm worried that if I build all wood walls critters and debris would get in-between the shed walls and the house. Any ideas suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks! (check out the photo of where I want to put the shed).

Yes, it is. My neighbor has one built on my property line so he doesn't mind if I do the same.

It's good that your neighbor doesn't mind but what about your local zoning authority?

Forgetting the legal aspect, I'd rather use those existing walls for the shed's walls. Anything set in there separately will create a trap for debris and maybe critters.
