Garage door staying up about an inch on one side

My 14 foot wide garage door with Liftmaster opener has begun staying up about an Inch on one side when closing. The opener is 1 1/2 HP and was installed in October 2013.
I adjusted the springs but it doesnít help and then switched them side to side but still have same problem.
I lubricated all of the wheels and cleaned the track and sprayed the dry lube from WD-40, not the original oily product. I even sprayed the door section hinges with oil.
Iím going to borrow a 4 foot level to check if the track is reasonably true, if it didnít move off off vertical, although with your bare eye it looks good.
Anyone have experience with this?

Usually the springs are the factor, a weak spring on one side not exerting the same force as the other but you said you swapped them.

Seems like it would be an alignment thing!

New occurance or something that has just gotten worst lately!

If you switched the springs side to side, I'm going to assume you have extension springs. If that is the case check the pulleys, especially the front ones. A worn front pulley will often rub and cause that problem.
