Garage Interior Wall Sill Plate - Treated or Not

My builder used treated lumber along the perimeter of garage framing. I noticed on interior walls he did not use treated for the sill plates and they are RamSet directly to the slab (no foam-sealer-felt etc.)
I always thought treated was required on slab. There is polysheet under the slab.
Should the sill plates for the interior walls be treated?

If in contact with cement they are treated.

I believe any wood in contact with masonry should be treated. Whether or not code requires it for interior walls I don't know.

Thanks for the responses.
Ive always used PT in direct contact and when I saw the new wall I immediately asked. He went ahead and changed it to pressure treated this morning. In looking at building code 317.1 and searching the web there seems to be a lot of "interpretation".
