Garage door wheel interferes with track mounting bolt?

When the garage door closes, it slightly brushes the mounting bolt on the inside of the track, which shakes the nearby garage sensor and causes the door to re-open. This only started happening recently. It also passes across several other mounting bolts without seeming to brush them. Only this one seems to interfere. It doesn't obviously stick out and isn't super loose. I sprayed some WD40 in there and it's slightly better.

Any suggestions for how to fix this? My only idea is to take a dremel and shave 1mm off the head of the bolt, but that seems like overkill.

your tracks are too tight at the bottom or the door is being pushed over to the right side... loosen the 7/16 lag holding that track bracket and move it over away from the door about a half of an inch.

Thank you, I loosened the suggested bolt and kicked it over a few mm. That seemed to do the trick!
