Garage Door Noise

I was wondering if anyone could help me diagnose and possibly repair my garage door. It opens and closes without a problem. I have noticed though that sometimes when it closes there is a loud bang a second after it has fully closed. The garage door panels dont look too out of whack but the sound is similar to two of these panels hitting together. There is a distinct second or two delay from when it is fully closed to when it bangs and it happens about 2 out of every 3 times I close the garage. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If there is a garage door opener disconnect it from the trolley and manually open close with some help to isolate.

Check all the blots that are attached to the door and hinge brackets. They do get loose. usually check then about twice a year.

If you have a torsion spring across the top of the door lubricating it might help. The coils can sometimes stick together instead of sliding smoothly past each other, then break free making a noise.
