Too much slack in garage door cable

One of the pulley cables on the garage door is too loose when the door is open. I have a Genie garage door opener. In the first picture attahed, you see the unit where the cable is attached. The next two show the slack in the cable attached to the pulley above the track, on the other side of the door, when it is open. How can I tighten the slack in the cable? Thank you for any help with this.

The cable storage drum at the top of the door opening, on that side of the door need to be rotated to take up the cable slack. Do this with the door open. There should be a hex nut on the outside of the drum for this purpose. Do you have a manual for the drum? I think Cloplay is a manufacturer.

Thanks for the information beelzebob. I don't have the manual, but could try to find it online. But I do see two hex nuts. In the first picture there is one at around 10 o'clock and one at 5 o''clock. I'll try turning one to see if it tightens the cable.

To follow up, I turned the hex nut clockwise and it picked up the slap. Very easy once you know what to do. Thanks again beelzebob!
