Garage Door Scraping Door Track

One of my 9' wide wooden garage doors is scraping the left-side overhead door track as it opens. It is operated with a Sommer door opener. The door uses a torsion spring. When fully open the door is tight against the overhead door track on the left side and there is about 3/4" space between the right side of the door and it's track. I can't tell what's causing it.

I'd say there are 3 conditions that can cause a door to migrate to one side of the opening.

1. Door is not level when fully closed.
2. Torsion bar is not level.
3. Tracks are not plumb, parallel and square when measured diagonally.
