Garage door repair

My garage door sags between the second and third panels at the center of the door when raised to the top either manually or with the use of the opener. Conversely when lowering the door the sagging causes the door to bind up inwards and pops back out as it goes down. Can anyone please tell me the cause and whether or not this is something I can fix myself.

My guess is that your panels have streched. THis is non reapirable. You will need a new door. You can't even buy replacement panels anymore. Call your garage door man.
