My photo eye sensor activate when my door open et not when it close?

The safety sensors should have no effect on door opening.... only when blocked during closing.
Are you saying they are working backwards ?

 

Yes exact l’y and I verified my wire they are in the good spot I tried to change them place and still work when the door open and not when she close.

 

I've been trying to find an answer. I have never seen that problem before.
The control board is a logic computer and I have no idea how it could change operation.

 

If I read this right, you are stating that the eye sensors only reverse the door when it is opening?

 

Yes exactly. And I don’t find if I can make a hard reset on it, to put it back on the factory setting?

 

If the opener is closing when the photo eyes are blocked, something is backwards. Either the motor is wired backwards or the trolley car was installed backwards. For example, the drive sprocket turning clockwise looking down from the top... Chain hooked to the left side of the trolley, the door will be closing... Chain hooked to the right side of the trolley, the door will be opening. Was any wiring done recently like a motor change or capisator? Another reason would be using old chain rail and putting a new head/motor assembly on, sometimes things change and old hardware will bolt up but not be compatible
