Converting garage space to living space

I can't find my first post, so here it goes again. I have a 22x28 ft garage with no roof or soffit vents. I would like to add drywall to the inside, ceiling and walls. Should I try to add vents to the "attic" area some how or does it really matter if I don't plan on heating or cooling the garage. I live in the northern part of Iowa, hot summers and cold winters. I have a small (14' x 22'x 14' high) wooden garage that I would like to remove. It has wooden siding, a solid wood swing up door, either 2 or 3 layers of shingles and rafters as opposed to trusses. It's probably 50 years old. I will not be removing the slab, just the garage. (The concrete contractor will remove the old slab.) I have remodeled a kitchen and two bathrooms, but have never demolished a building. I have several questions. 1. What's the best way to remove the roof? 2. How does one direct the fall of the walls? 3. What size dumpster would I need for the debris? 4. Are there any safety issues other than the obvious ones of not letting the garage fall on you?
