Cool

I have a garage door opener for my garage but would like to put something on the wall for my bike riding son to open and close the garage when he goes out.
Either something to open the garage door or to hold a key for the front door. House is masonry so I'll need to cut into that.
Anyone found that one thing works or is handier than another?
Thanks

We just solved that problem at our house. We bought a battery operated unit that mounts outside (we screwed it to the garage door jamb). You just program it to open your garage door. To use it, just punch in a 4 digit code. Doesn't need wires, so just need to attach it to something outside; real easy to install & program. If I remember right, we got it from Home Depot or Menards and it cost around $35. Hope this helps.
