Question insulating garage door

I live in Northern Manitoba (Canada). I can get as cold as -40 degrees celcius. I just purchased a house and this is our first winter. The inside door is all frosted up. I would like to insulate it by placing styrophome over each panel. Will this work? If I do this will this create further problems. ie weight of door, condensation near cracks. then freezing.

One cold northerner.

It should not create much of a probelm, however, I don't think it will do you much good. Insulated doors use special insulating panels which you can't buy. Good Luck
