Replacing garage door

I'm looking to replace a Wayne-Dalton garage door. I currently have a 9005-5 model (8'x7'). This particular model is no longer produced, but I believe that their 9100 series is comparable. I can order all four panels from my local Lowe's.

My question is this: Should I do this myself (is it do-able) or should I pay the extra $250 to let them install it? My main concern is handling the springs. How is this done? Is there a special tool used? How does this project rate in difficulty (using 1-10)?

Thank you for your help.

If it doesn't have what are called torsion springs, it is very DIY friendly. Just follow the directions. If it has torsion springs, go for the install. On a 1-10 scal, I would put it at a 7, but you probably will need some help.
