Pouring Cement

I am building a storage shed and workshop (10' X 16'), on slab. I have found nothing that will help me when pouring the slab.

The form is finished (it's square), and the cement truck arrives in 3 days. Where can I find information on spreading the stuff and making the floor level?

Would appreciate any and all suggestions.

Marshall....I'd call and cancel the truck.

Then go to your library and get a book on masonary work, and go follow the concrete truck to some jobs and watch what they do.

The time to learn concrete work IS NOT when the truck pulls up

Thanks for trying Andy. Delay was not an option. Slab is poured, and it came out pretty well. Only problem with the final results is that I ran out of light before I got the surface as smooth as I wanted. One more pass would have been preferrable, but it's really better than I expected.
