Garage Door Opener
This is in reference to my garage door.
The garage door opens and closes fine at all times during the day except sometimes. In the mornings, when I am leaving for work, it opens up fine but then does not close. This usually happens on sunny days and it works fine on cloudy days. The garage door faces North East side and I am located in Denver,CO.
Can you please tell me if my interpretation is right and what can I do to fix it.

Do you have obstruction sensors for the door? In the morning does the sun shine on one of them if you do? If so, you may need to find a way to shade it. Perhaps you have some dust on the lens' and glare from the sun and the dust is tricking the sensors. Just a thought.
