Unhappy Tulips didn't bloom...

I have a few bulbs of the "Greenland" tulip that I planted little over a year ago. They bloomed magnificently and beautifully last year, but this year only the foliage came up, and no flower bud in sight. The rest of my tulips are nearly done flowering. Has anyone any clue why this happened to the Greenland tulips? My bed isn't crowded that much, so I don't think it's a matter of cramped quarters. (btw, my flower bed is a raised bed, for reference in case)

Sweet_Peas,

Your Greenland tulips are one of the later flowering variety, usually in May. So it depends where you are located.
If they don't bloom later this month, get some bone meal and mix it in around the plants this summer. They will probably bloom next year. I did this with some Iris that didn't bloom last year, and they are about ready to burst open now.
