We have a gravel driveway area we want to kill the weeds, naturally.
I've heard salt works well. are there other things that work?
we don't want to use weed killers.

There is another way of weed control that is just perfect for Gravel drives. I have the links for the Flame weeder, I gave out on a post to do with weeds and fencing.

We use store bought Viniger 5% to kill out the clumps of grass in our gravel drive. Just spray on weed in hot sun & 1 more time may be needed on big grass clumps.

Now that I have the new LPG weed flamer, I think we will use the viniger a lot less now. Flamer is misleading, flame weeding works, by wilting & not burning the weed.
