Under Deck Awning
I live in MD and have a paver patio. We used 50 16x16 pavers to do it, so as you see it's not that big...it's under an existing deck. My question is what inexpensive way can I put somethig under the exhisiting upper deck so that when/if the neighbors sit up there and spill something is won't necessarily come down on me? Or if it rains it could be diverted from coming directly down on me and mine.???

Depending upon your budget, you could hang a tarpaulin or something like a deck drain system such as these commercial ones.
