Persimmon trees
We just moved to this place and have a bunch of wild persimmon trees, but the fruit is very tiny. Is there any way to make the fruit grow bigger?
Thanks in advance.

I can find nothing special about a naturally-occurring persimmon than it prefers loamy, well-drained soil. You might consider feeding the tree by boring holes at the drip line in the spring and adding some balanced fertilizer in hole every two or three feet around the canopy. The fruit of the American persimmon is not edible until after the first frost.
Here is some information on them.

Hope this helps.
