controlling St. John's wort

The St. John's Wort in my neighbor's garden is invading my flower garden. Is there any way to stop/kill it, or at least slow it down?

St. John's Wort spreads by surface runners. Its waxy leaves make it hard to control chemically. A mix of physical barrier, pulling plants, and spraying with a non-selective herbicide, such as: Roundup, should take care of the spread.
