Green Giant ?

Anyone ever hear of a tree called the Cedar Green Giant? There is an on-line nursery selling them and they claim they grow 3 to 5 feet a year. They look great but I really can't find out any info on them except for what the nursery says, and you know they will say anything they can to sell them.

Are there any pro or cons I should know about this tree?

Here is a data sheet, not from a seller.

Looks like a nice tree with many applications. Especially as mentioned one place as a replacment for the leyland cypress.
