Weeping Cherry Disease
#1

I just noticed in the last couple weeks that my Weeping Cherry tree has brown spots on the leaves. They have gotten worse in the last week. The tree is about 6 feet tall and this the second year I have had it. Can anyone tell me what I can do to save my tree? I really love this tree alot and want to anything possible to save it.

Scales of several types infest prunus. Horticultural oil can be used to provide some control of overwintering stages.
Spider mites cause yellowing or stippling but they are very difficult to see. They are usually recognized only after plant symptoms are quite advanced.
You might check the undersides of the leaves, looking for anything that might appear there. This may be the culprit. Scale might be it, sucking the life from the leaves. Insecticidal soap should help here.
Keep the tree fed and watered as needed. A healthy tree can usually throw off these pests.
Hope this helps.
