Clover problem

Clover has taken over party of our front yard! Our back yard is untouched, but our front yard looks absolutely hideous. What is the quickest and easiest way to get rid of this?

You could treat it with a spray herbicide such as is sold by Ortho or other companies. These are usually formulated for use in the lawn and cause minimal damage to the grass.

problem with clover

Clover, hideous, I'm insulted. I took up all of my grassy front lawn several years ago and replaced it with a mixture of red & white clover. For most of the summer, I have this gorgeous rich green lawn, and when the clover goes to bloom its awe inspiring. My grandchildren love to roll around and play on the thick rich luscious green surface, I only have to mow it once or twice for the whole period, so its almost maintenance free. Real grass makes for a great draw, but I'm not allowed to grow that, here, Yet. I guess, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Clover is really good stuff, ask any honey bee.
