My wife and I had several beautiful looking House-Plants until some type of flying small Fruit Fly type insects invaded them. We have tried soapy water on them,we tried 1/2 tsp. of bleach diluted w/water in aspray bottle. I planted cloves of Garlic in our Houseplant's soil to try to keep the bugs away.We have been trying these different things for almost 1 month now however we still see these flying insects around the house-plants and also flying around our home. Our plants have only improved slightly thus far and we are still stuck with these disgusting and annoying insects. Please help us save our plants and banish these awful Bugs? Thank-You in advance!

 

You can make your own fruit fly trap using a soda pop bottle. There are instructions at www.deadeasy.com on how to build one, and you can use vinegar, apple cider, wine and OJ are decent bait (the OJ starts to work best after a couple days - go figure.)
